How to Log in to the FileTrac System

Instructions on How to Log in to the FileTrac System: 

Your company will send you an email that will include the Web Address, your Login ID, and your Password for that specific company (see below).  This email will show as being sent from <> and will be sent to the email address that is listed as your primary contact address in their system. 

Click on the link from the email or enter the Web Address in your browser's address bar.  On the Welcome screen, enter the LoginID and Password you received from that company.  

If you work for multiple companies, you will have a separate account for each company.  Keep a list of each company, along with the associated FileTrac Web address, your credentials, and your primary contact email address for each account. 

If you did not receive an email from your company with your login credentials and/or do not recall your loginID, please contact an Admin from your company and have them send new credentials from your profile page.

On the 'Welcome' page, enter the loginID that was provided to you in the email in the field titled "Username or email address".  

If your email address is NOT your LoginID/Username, do NOT enter your email address, instead enter the LoginID that was provided to you from your company.

In order to complete the login process, you will need to download either the Auth0 Guardian App or Google Authenticator App to your phone.  Please click on one of the below links for further instructions on how to download and verify your identity using one of the apps:

Email verification will only be an option after you have already established the connection with one of the above apps.  Please click on the below link for further instructions on verifying your login via email:

The following short video will demonstrate how to log in to the FileTrac system using the Auth0 Guardian App. 

*Please note that verifying your identity via phone (text or voice call) is no longer available.  You will need to download the Guardian Auth0 or Google Authenticator app.      

If you recently changed phones, or your account is requesting for you to enter your "Recovery Code", please submit a ticket to have your MFA reset so that your account(s) can properly link to your new phone.

Resetting your MFA does not reset your LoginID/Password, it only resets the process of verifying your identity.
