Email Verification Instructions:
Email verification will only be an option after you have already established the connection with either the Auth0 Guardian or Google Authenticator Apps. For complete details on how to make the connection through one of these apps, please visit the corresponding support page through one of the below links:

Step 1: After verifying your first login with one of the apps, you may then proceed to the below steps to receive future verification codes via email.
Step 2: Open the web page just as you would normally to log in to FileTrac and enter your Login ID and Password and click Continue.
Step 3: Click on the blue link at the bottom “Try another method”
Step 4: The “Other Methods” pop-up will appear. Click on Email.
Step 5: Check the email account that is listed as your primary contact email address for that company. The code will be sent from <email@example.com>. See sample email below:
*If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Also please note that FileTrac employees cannot change the email address associated with your account.
Step 6: Enter the Code in the field. Be sure to manually enter the code as copy/pasting could cause an 'invalid code' error.
Step 7: Check “Remember this device for 30 days”.
Step 8: Click Continue
You should now be logged in to FileTrac.
