Email Verification Instructions:
Email verification will only be an option after you have already established the connection with either the Auth0 Guardian or Google Authenticator Apps. Step 1: After verifying your first login with one of the apps, you may then proceed to the below steps to receive future verification codes via email.
Step 2: Open the web page just as you would normally to log in to FileTrac and enter your Login ID and Password and click Continue.
Step 3: Click on the blue link at the bottom “Try another method”
Step 4: The “Other Methods” pop-up will appear. Click on Email.
Step 5: Check the email account that is listed as your primary contact email address for that company. The code will be sent from <no-reply@filetrac.net>. See sample email below:
*If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Also please note that FileTrac employees cannot change the email address associated with your account.
Step 6: Enter the Code in the field. Be sure to manually enter the code as copy/pasting could cause an 'invalid code' error.
Step 7: Check “Remember this device for 30 days”.
Step 8: Click Continue
You should now be logged in to FileTrac.
