Multiple FileTrac Accounts

Overview:

When working for multiple companies, you will have a separate FileTrac account for each company you work for.  You will receive an email from each of these companies that will include the FileTrac Web Address for their system, your Login ID, and your Password for that company (see below).  This email will be sent to the email address that is listed as your primary email address in that company's system.

Click on the link from the email or enter the Web Address into your browser's address bar.  On the Welcome screen, enter the LoginID and Password that you received from that company.

If you bookmark the FileTrac Web addresses for your companies, please review the instructions in the following link:

**IMPORTANT Note: As you will have a separate account for each company you do business with, each account will have its own MFA (verification setup).  See Section (V) in the following link for managing and renaming multiple accounts in the Guardian app:

or Section (IV) in the following link for managing and renaming multiple accounts in the Google Authenticator App:

When working for multiple companies, you will have a separate account for each company.  Keep a list of each company, along with the associated FileTrac Web address, your credentials, and your primary contact email address for each account.

Multiple logins within same database: Some companies within FileTrac may share the same login URL link.  For example: If you work for 2 different companies and the link to log in for both companies is <https://cms14.filetrac.net>

When you have multiple logins to the same database, you must go to the upper righthand corner of your screen and click the 'LOGOUT' button before attempting to log in for another company on that same database.

If you are saving your credentials in your browser, this could be causing the issue during your attempt to log in to a different company’s FileTrac system.  You will need to be sure you are using the correct credentials for that specific company.  Only an Admin from the company you are attempting to login for can provide/verify a user's loginID.  If the password has already been entered, you can view the password by clicking on the eye icon.

If you are not directed to the 'Welcome' page when you click on a FileTrac URL, you will either need to clear the cookies in your browser's cache or use a different browser (i.e.- use Google Chrome for one company and Microsoft Edge for the other company).

Click the link below for instructions on how to clear your browser cache:
