Managing Your Labels:
Labels allow you to better organize your conversations. By clicking the plus sign you can add a label name and colors, once you have one or more labels created you can also select a parent label to further organize your conversations.
Then, to utilize your labels, you can click on the tag icon next to the conversations name that you are in and select which label(s) you wish to assign to that conversation.
