Torrent Fields

Overview
The FileTrac development team has created a bridge that links data fields from within FileTrac to your Torrent system. If you are working Torrent files and would like to bridge the data fields from FileTrac to Torrent, please reach out to our support team at support@filetrac.net to have this feature enabled. For additional details on the cost associated with linking the Torrent bridge please refer to your contract.
Bridged Torrent Fields
The FileTrac data fields that will bridge with Torrent are shown below in the screenshot. The data for these fields can be entered once a new claim has been saved in FileTrac and can be found in the Edit Claims page.
NOTE: The financial figures MUST be populated in order to send the Final Report to Torrent!
If you are not able to see the fields, be sure to open the section of the Edit Claims page to “show” the flood fields as shown below.
