Utilizing a Public URL:
A public URL allows you to securely share a document anywhere without the risk of unauthorized downloading or theft.
*** Please note that a public URL is only available when a document's privacy is set to public.
To acquire the public URL please click on the three dots located top the right of the document you wish to share.
Then, click on "See Metadata".
The public URL will be the link located at the bottom of the pop up window titled "URL". You can now copy the link and share it how you please.
