What is Metadata:
Metadata allows you to view a public link for your documents (if set to public) and access your File ID and File Instance ID. If any issues arise with your documents, providing these IDs to our support team will ensure a more efficient support experience.
To access your Metadata, please click on the three dots located to the right of the document you wish to look into.
You can now click on "See Metadata".
Below is the pop up screen that you will now see with the public link, File ID, and File Instance ID.
