XactAnalysis Bridge Activation Instructions

XactAnalysis Bridge Activation Instructions

Last updated: 1/22/2021

Overview

This document is intended for FileTrac users who receive claims from XactAnalysis and require a transparent integration of data between the systems. The flow of data is bi-directional, though limited by XA when going from FileTrac to XactAnalysis. For more information on the XactAnalysis Bridge Specifications, click here. The cost associated with an XactAnalysis bridge is a one-time setup fee of $3,000.00 and a bridge fee $2.50 for each claim that moves over as reflected in your SaaS Agreement. The setup fee is a one-time charge regardless of the number of connections.

Steps to Start the Process

If you wish to have an XactAnalysis bridge in place you will need to complete the following tasks:

  1. Provide FileTrac with a signed Authorization form for each shared dataset you wish to bridge. To obtain a copy of the authorization form click here. If you are unsure if your dataset is shared or non-shared see the information provided below.
  2. Provide the name of each Carrier along with the Dataset Name for each to be bridged.

Brief Summary of Shared/Non-Shared Dataset

Shared Dataset – The dataset is considered “shared” if the claims come to your company into XactAnalysis and are sent from the Carrier. In this case you will be required to provide the carrier with the authorization form and then return the signed form to FileTrac before work can begin on the bridge. Xactimate’s legal department requires that each carrier sign an authorization form for you to connect to their Shared Dataset.

Non-Shared Dataset – The dataset is considered “non-shared” if your company is manually loading the claims into XactAnalysis. In this case Xactimate’s legal department requires an authorization form that is signed by a legal representation from your company.

Once the required documents and information is received by FileTrac, we can have the bridge completed within 24 hours.
