Overview
FileTrac understands that when a big event occurs, and the claims are pouring in the immediate need is to enter the claims as quickly as possible so that they can get assigned and contacted. The quickest way to get this done is by taking advantage of our Claims Standard Import Template. The attached template can be used to import claims into FileTrac.
To start this process it’s as simple as downloading the attached form and submitting the completed CSV file to FileTrac at support@filetrac.net.
