Overview

This support page shows screenshots of each report found within the Management Reports section and a brief description of each report.  The reports in this section are only available for users with Admin permissions.

 

Adjuster Cycle Metrics 

This report lists each adjuster, included the # of claims closed, the average time to make contact, inspect, average time to submit the claim for review, average time for the claim to get approved and the average total cycle time to close the claims. 

 

 

Analytics for Closed Claims 

This report lists the adjusters, the number of closed claims, number of claims contacted in less than 24 hours of receiving the claim, number of claims contacted less than 24 hours of the claim assignment, the average cycle time to make contact from receiving the claim, the average time to make contact from the claim assignment, the average number of days from contacted to inspected, the average number of days from received to inspected, the average number of days from inspected to closed and the average number of days from received to claim closed.
