Labeling & Bundling Photos
Once your photos have been uploaded into FileTrac you can now bundle them into one report. This can be done with photos that have been imported from Hover and photos that have been uploaded from your device. To Bundle your photos, follow the instructions below:
- Click on the Manage Claims tab
- Find the claim in the list and click on REPORTS for that claim
3. Click on Bundle Docs
4. Click on Go to Photo Bundler
5. Choose from the drop down the Report Type
6. Name the Bundle
7. If you would like to include a Code for the photo type what you would like displayed for the photo. (The code is generally the name of the Elevation for Exterior photos or the name of the Room for Interior photos.)
8. Type the Description for the photo
Continue labeling until all your photos include the Code (if needed) and the description.
9. Use the Arrows to put your photos in order
10. Check Mark the box for each photo that you want included in the bundle
11. At the bottom of the page Click on Create Bundle PDF
Shown in the photo below is how the bundled photo report labels the photos with the Code and Description.
The Bundled photos will now show in your list of documents.
