You have the ability to Change Your Password, Reset Your MFA, Clear Your Device Settings and Sign out of All Devices within your Evolve Account. (Click each title to go directly to that section)
Incorrect Username or Password
If you receive Incorrect username or password on the Evolve login page, click on Forgot your password (screenshot below):
Then enter the email address you used for signing up with Evolve and click Reset my password. A code will be sent your email address (be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox). Enter the code and New Password, then click Change Password.
If the email does not appear in your inbox or spam folder, contact support either by creating a support ticket or sending an email to support@filetrac.net to verify your email address.

Once you are logged into your Evolve Account you will want to navigate to the dropdown arrow next to your profile picture/name to access your Account profile. Click the arrow and select Account. (screenshots below)
On the left-hand side of the screen select Security. (screenshot below)
Once on your security screen you will see Login Settings, Device Settings, and Session Settings.
Change Your Password
Select the Pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen next to Password. (screenshot below)
Enter your Current Password, enter a New Password and re-enter the New Password to Confirm New Password.
Click Change Password. (screenshot below)
Reset Your Multifactor Authentication Method (MFA)
Click the Reset Icon on the right-hand side of the screen next to MFA. (screenshot below)
A pop-up box will appear asking if you are sure you want to reset your MFA. Click Reset MFA (screenshot below)
Device Settings
To access the devices and/or locations where you have previously logged into Evolve, click the Down Arrow next to Devices.
This feature is useful if you have lost your device or feel that you may have been hacked. Clearing this list will remove all saved devices/locations and may take up to 1 hour to clear from the browser. (screenshot below)
At the bottom of the list, click Clear List and Forget All Devices. (screenshot below)
Session Settings
Session Settings will allow you to Sign Out Of All Devices simultaneously. To do this click the right arrow on the right-hand side of the screen next to Sign Out of All Devices. (screenshot below)
A pop up will appear asking you if you are sure you want to Sign Out of All Devices.
Click Sign Out. (screenshot below)
