FileTrac Evolve Registration and Login Process

Access for New Evolve Users


Once an organization has added you to their FileTrac instance, an Admin from their company will send you an invitation for you to Connect to and access their system.

  

If you do not receive the invitation email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and mark the sender as a 'safe sender'.


Then complete the following steps:


1. Click 'Accept to Connect' from within the invitation email:



2. Register your Evolve Account by selecting “Sign Up” (located next to “Don't have an account yet?”): 



3. Register your account by entering your preferred email address.  The email address you enter will be the email address used for logging in. 


*A development charge may be required to unlink your email from a company due to incorrect details, email change, or access issues.  To avoid this issue, we recommend using a personal email address you control, not a corporate email address that is subject to change.


Then create a password, confirm password, and click 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen.  



4. An email with a code will then be sent to your email address.  Again, check your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.  Enter the code and click 'Submit'.  


5. Select your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) option, either authenticator app or via SMS/text. 




6. If Authenticator app: install an authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code on your computer screen via the app.  Then enter the code and click 'Sign In'. 



If SMS/text: enter your phone number and click 'Send Code'.  Enter the code then click 'Log In'. 



7. Complete the registration process by entering the required information (name, phone number, address).  Then click 'Submit Registration': 



8. After you have completed the registration process, you will reach a page titled 'Linked Companies'.  Bookmark this page.  


It is recommended that you bookmark the Evolve page ftevolve.com once you are logged in and your name appears in the upper right-hand corner:




To access a particular company's FileTrac system, simply click on the 'See Jobs' button for that company. 


Access to Multiple FileTrac Companies


If you work for multiple companies who utilize FileTrac and you have already registered your Evolve account, you will connect to all companies under your Evolve page (https://ftevolve.com).


For any new email invites that you receive from a company requesting for you to connect and access their system:


1. Click on 'Accept to Connect' from within the email:



2. Enter the email address and password you used when creating your Evolve account (do NOT create a new Evolve account).


Once you have logged into Evolve, you will see all of the companies that you can access listed under 'Linked Companies'.  If you do not see a particular company listed, you will need to reach out to an Admin from that company.


3. You can then access each company by clicking on the Company name.  


To change FileTrac systems, simply click on 'Switch User' to return to your Evolve page:



Logging Out

To log out of the FileTrac system:


1. Click on Switch User (located in the top right corner).  This will bring the user back to the Evolve sign-in page.  


2. Click on your name in the top right corner, then choose Sign Out
