Managing CAT Codes and PCS Codes (Admin Only)

CAT & PCS Codes: 

CAT Code- Entering CAT codes gives you the ability to track claims by a specific CAT event.  

PCS Code-Entering PCS codes gives you the ability to track claims by the PCS code.

I. To Add/Manage CAT Codes:

1. Click on the Settings tab

2. Click on CAT Code

3. Check the box and enter the new CAT Code

4. Click Add/Save Changes

*Important Note: When updating an existing CAT Code, a box will appear to the right.  Check this box in order to update all claims that are set to that specific code.  If the box is not checked, any claims currently set to that code will change to 'Other'.  

Then click Add/Save Changes.

II. To Add/Manage PCS Codes:

1. Click on the Settings tab

2. Click on CAT Code

Scroll down to the PCS code Section

3. Check the box and enter the new PCS Code

4. Click Add/Save Changes

*Important Note: When updating an existing PCS Code, a box will appear to the right.  Check this box in order to update all claims that are set to that specific code.  If the box is not checked, any claims currently set to that code will change to 'Other'.  

Then click Add/Save Changes.
