If you are not receiving emails sent from the FileTrac system, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Some emails that are either sent to or from certain email providers such as AOL, Yahoo, or Gmail may have these emails blocked or flagged as spam.
From your Spam folder, you can mark the sending email address as 'Safe' and add the sender to your 'Safe Senders List'. If you need additional assistance with marking an email as 'Safe' or adding the sender to your 'Safe Senders List', please contact your email service provider.
If you or your company uses an email security program, log into that program and check for quarantined emails.
For users that have a newly created email address, ensure that the email address has been properly set up (check for mistypes/incorrect spellings) and validated.
