Mailgun has updated our IP address. If you or anyone you know is experiencing issues with not receiving emails within FileTrac, please consider the following suggestion.
Whitelisting info if using Mailgun:
If the emails are not in the recipient's spam folder, it might be possible that they are getting caught in an internal spam filter on the server.
The solution for this is whitelisting. Whitelisting is the process of adding an email to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam folder. When a recipient whitelists an email address, they are confirming that they know and trust the sender.
The recipient will need to have their IT/tech department whitelist the sending IP address
