Changes to Available Actions on Closed Claims


Through feedback from customers, review of industry standards, and in-depth review of system capabilities, FileTrac is changing what actions can be taken on a closed file.  

The first action that has been modified is the ability to add or edit timelog entries on a closed file.  Moving forward, the user will need to reopen the file to add or edit timelog entries.  This will prevent logging work on closed files after all actions on a specific file have been completed. 

Below is a screenshot of the notification a user will see when attempting to modify time on a closed file.
